How Does it Work?
Each asset managment company's representatives will have between 10-15 private, thirty minute, one-on-one meetings. These meetings are pre-scheduled via a web-portal approximately four weeks prior to the Forum. Through the web-portal, each asset manager representative has access to key information about every investor. That information includes the following: name, organization and profile, title and scope of their decision making ability, size of organization and assets under management, scope of attendee’s responsibilities and the specific investment products, services and solutions that they are most interested in.
Each of your representatives, now armed with this information, will select the individuals with whom they would like to meet. Our meeting scheduling software will then cross reference your selections with those of the delegates, ensuring that every meeting is based on mutual interest. The portal will be open until approximately one week prior to the forum, allowing your representatives the opportunity to conduct due diligence on each investor and make their selections. When the portal is closed, the cross-referencing system will create an individual itinerary for each attendee. The result: your company will have meetings arranged with the prospects that are most likely to award you their business.
