"I certainly love format of the Connex process," said Tim Hess, Vice President of Human Resources from McLeod Health. "It's useful to speak with real organizations that address current issues, identifying solutions that work and vendors that can deliver them."

Utilizing the Connex process provides human resources executives with a cost effective meta-search tool that, through a process of peer review, think tanks and sessions that leverage the experience and knowledge of like-minded peers, provides real examples of what HR solutions are working and unbiased insights into what has not worked.

"Our goal is to continue to be a highly targeted and cost effective tool for senior executives across the country," said Benjamin Collins, President and CEO of Connex International "By doing this, we're helping companies meet their most important objectives and overcome their most pressing issues." Connex provides business intelligence services to senior HR Executives from leading employers in both the United States and Canada.
